1. DO YOU DELIVER THE NEXT DAY?We absolutely will try to accomodate your request! We have to receive your order on or before 4:30PM the day BEFORE your order is to be PLACED and then will be delivered the following day. (Please see shipping and delivery days below.) The more time we have to place your order the more accurate the delivery date can be established.



2. CAN I HAVE DELIVERY ON A SUNDAY OR A MONDAY? We cannot initiate an order on the weekend. We SHIP Monday through Thursday for DELIVERY on Tuesday through Friday. Saturday deliveries need to be placed by Thursday 4:30PM.



3. CAN I SHIP TO BE DELIVERED ON A SATURDAY? Saturday delivery is available for an additional $20.00. (We only charge additional shipping fees when FedEx charges us extra for a delivery.)



4. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES AND POLICIES? ARE THERE HANDLING CHARGES? We ship all our frozen products via FedEx Standard Overnight. A small 8 slice (1.5 pound)cake is $18.00 and a large 16 slice (2.5 pound) is $22.00. Fruit & gift baskets are shipped based on the weight of the item. Some remote or rural areas have additional shipping charges. FedEx charges a $10.00 surcharge for Alaska/Hawaii deliveries and must be shipped either Standard Overnight or Priority and will be delivered in approximately 2 days. We also at this time cannot guarantee shipments to PO boxes, hotels or hospitals. Sorry FedEx charges $10.00 for incorrect addresses or address changes, which we are forced to pass on.



5. HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR FROZEN PRODUCTS FOR SHIPPING? Our shipping containers are STATE OF THE ART, fully encased styrofoam with foil coating inside and out. A frozen gel pack is inside the packaging underneath each cake to keep it cold. The outer shipping container is a corrugated box for added strength and protection. This keeps the cold in and the heat out! All cakes are shipped fully frozen. Our packaging can actually keep our product cold for over 3 days, although we never go longer than 1 or 2 days! The packaging insures that every PRODUCT will arrive in perfect condition!!



6. WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER TO ARRIVE BEFORE NOON? Delivery before noon requires us to ship your item FedEx Priority Service and there is an additional $15.00 charge. PLEASE NOTE: From our experience, most orders are delivered before 3:00PM (especially to a business address). BUT if you absolutely need it to be delivered before noon, you should send your order Priority Overnight. (Please also see above when orders need to be placed.)



7. CAN I SHIP TO SOMEONE IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY? Not at this time. It is very expensive, and FedEx will not guarantee timely delivery. Customs issues can also slow down delivery. Our perishable products do not like to linger in customs sheds. Our experience is that no one is happy with the results. Until that changes, we do not offer international delivery. This also applies to our Canadian/Mexican neighbors.



8. CAN I ORDER TODAY FOR DELIVERY IN THE FUTURE? Yes, you can order in advance of the shipping date. And since we ship overnight, we can pinpoint your delivery date.



9. CAN I INCLUDE A NOTE WITH MY ORDER? Yes you can. A gift message is included with our service.



10. WHY SHOULD I ORDER ONLINE? We are selling convenience along with our products. The advantages are that you can shop at home; you don't need to drive to your local supermarket or bakery, park, find what you need and drive home again. You also do not need to figure how to ship it so that it arrives at its destination cold, and in one piece! We take care of all these items for you!
